The religious and cultural environment of Hungarian prehistory, the era of the conquest and the first period of Hungarian statehood still provide a lot of research for practitioners in various fields of science. Szabolcs Szunyogh researched sources dealing with the effects of this long period on the Hungarian religion, the relationship between the Jewish communities of the time and the majority society of the time.
